The Stockholm Environmental Technology Centre (SMTC), established in 2005, is a business network representing new and promising concepts within green technology in the Greater Stockholm Region:

• energy storage and efficiency

The Stockholm Environmental Technology Centre aims to enhance the cooperation between businesses, research bodies, and public actors in the environmental technology area. That includes a broad range of services and international co-operations in strong collaboration with two of the leading environmental research centres:
